Strawberry Watermelon Ice Cube Pops

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups watermelon
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds

Instructions:

Blend watermelon and strawberries first. Pour into your ice cube trays and sprinkle chia seeds on top. Do not blend chia seeds, most of it will end stuck in you blender. I used rubber ice cube trays so I can pop out the fruit pops easier and I cut up straws and inserted in before freezing. You can also skip the straw and just re-blend your fruit cubes and have healthy slushes.
